Loo Oates Jr...... Loo Oates,
Jr. is the Senior Managing Partner of Political Black Consulting. He is the
author of "I Am A Black Man" and the Publisher of "The Oates Report" the
CEO/Publisher of Urban People USA/Black Pages Today.com and Political Black.com.
Ten years ago Loo Oates Jr. wrote his first
political short story about the changing landscape of politics, predicting the
rise of the Republican Party in the 1994 elections. Since then he have worked on
over 100 Political Campagins in a multitude of roles from Campagain Manager to
Consultant, including Presidential, US Senate, Governors, State Rep/Senators,
County Commissioners, Judges, and City Council Members. His hard
hitting, famous E-Blasts targeting African-Americans is a proven
winner in political circles, developing effective,winning Internet campaign
strategies for political candidates geared toward the Black and African-American
communities, specifically online members of the PoliticalBlack.com's
Network.

Rev. Dr. John
Wesley Morant is a Managing Partner of The Black Pages Today
Network. He is a Navy veteran recently endowed with a Doctoral of Theology
from Virginia Theological Seminary. He has a great love for people that is
apparent in his willingness to offer his time, experience, and resources for the
benefit of others. He heads up the non-profit political division with a keen
interest of battered women and children across the state. His primary
areas of expertise lies in market research, martial exiting laws, church
management, corporate support and political lobbying.
Dr. John Morant attended Dallas State
College majoring in computer science. He studied engineering at San Diego City
College from 1974 to 1976. He received a Bachelor of Science in
Electronics Engineering and Communications in 1993 and a Master of Arts in
Theology and Biblical Counseling in 1997 from Rochville University. He was
endowed with a Doctoral of Divinity from Virginia Eastern Theological
Seminary in 2005.
Dr. Morant is an entrepreneur, businessman,
and millionaire investor. He was listed in the 2006 Who’s Who in
Executives and Professionals. He has been very instrumental in operating
several business ventures.
He owns JW Concepts, an e-commerce type business
specializing in low cost internet services such as web pages and web
hosting.
Earl Jones Sr. ... is the
East Coast Managing Partner specializing in city politics and evangelical
outreach. He is a ordained Baptist Minister, pastoring First Calvary Baptist
Church in Brooklyn New York. He is an expert on church management, roles of the
church in politics and a strong advocate for youth voter registration and
Political Consulting, Media Relations, Reaching Ethnic Markets, Crisis
Intervention. His political Marketing includes helping candidates reach
markets that go unnoticed.
Billy
Warren
Billy Warren is a principal at Political
Black& and has 25 years of technology and communications experience in the
US Marines. A retired military veteran, his background also includes developing
massive enzines for large businesses and political clients, plus highly
successful polls for private clients,and the highly successful E-Blasts for
clients.
Warren helps guide PB's marketing practice and
lends expertise to all facets of outreach communication. Prior to joining
PB. Warren was a highly decorates senior officer in the US
Marines.
In the private sector,Warren has assisted some of
the largest corporations as a communications/outreach consultant.
Warren graduated cum laude from New York University
and earned a MBA from Case Western Reserve.
Burnetta Graves
Burnetta Graves brings a unique
presence to Political Black. She began his career as a Assistant to US Rep.
Ed Towns (D-NY) with a concentration on constitutes housing and women's
issues.
She has successfully managed a variety of contracts
for corporate, political and non-profit clients. Her work experience
includes the extensive management of health promotion projects that target
African-Americans Women, plus collecting data on female voting patterns.
As a result, in defining our approach to project implementation, she places a
premium on development of customized solutions designed to address identified
client needs rather than relying on the use of standard methods.
She works tireless to win concrete improvements and
greater influence for women in the political
arena.
